More detailed exercises and focuses on progression. It includes a combination of climbing training and strength training customized to the individual’s goals and reported strengths/weaknesses.
Allows follow up questioning at all times during the training cycle, including a 30 minute video chat or in person discussion with the coach at the halfway point in the training plan.
